I explain you why your two articles removed. First. I removed レンケイ because this text is too much unnatural and very difficult to read. I guess this text made by robot translation services. Second. I removed 利用者・トーク:直江 Because you use welcome sentence with in other users name. I guess you did not understand this sentence. In conclusion. I recommend you not to write article without understand Japanese, and not to use other users talkpage without understand. Do not use Machine transration services to genarate for commited text because the service cannot genarate readable Japanese, only can genarated very poor one. Yes, there are some codes to make welcome message such as user:2P/Welcome. But the sentence made by this template says, "If you have any questions, you can ask me in my talk page". If you can't answer beginners' questions about how to edit and the rules of this wiki (in Japanese, because almost of all the users of this wiki are Japanese speakers), you should not use these templates.
